Lend Lease Primelife currently owns and manages a portfolio of 32 aged care facilities in four states with 16 in Victoria, 13 in New South Wales, one in South Australia and two in Queensland, comprising 2,370 beds.
The current development pipeline consists of a further 217 aged care beds.
